Jeff has built a dynamic career around starting, running, and owning businesses in the software industry. As an experienced developer and entrepreneur, he has designed and delivered innovative solutions for a diverse range of companies — from global Fortune 500 brands to specialized leaders across sectors including energy, construction services, consumer products, healthcare, media, manufacturing, retail, and technology.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, followed by his Master of Science in the same field from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Outside of his professional work, Jeff is an active CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys traveling with and visiting his children.

Alan brings over 30 years of leadership experience across operations, management, sales, and sales management — with a career built almost entirely in the dynamic food service industry. From corner bars to Top 500 restaurant brands, Alan’s expertise spans every facet of the business.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Youngstown State University.

Outside of his professional achievements, Alan is a passionate fly fisherman and fly tyer. He enjoys destination travel and spending quality time with his wife, Katie.

Eric is a dedicated community leader with decades of service in both education and public advocacy. He currently serves as Chairman of the Poland Township Board of Trustees and President of the Mahoning County Mental Health Board — roles fueled by a personal commitment to mental health awareness following the loss of his brother Sean in 2012.

A recently retired teacher, Eric spent 30 years working with behaviorally handicapped and special education students. He also serves as Defensive Coordinator for Warren G. Harding High School’s football team, where he’s been coaching since 1990.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Youngstown State University and a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Westminster College.

In his free time, he enjoys walking and spending time with his wife Nanette and their daughters, Gina (Dom) Lipari and Carly.
